More About Me
Ross Sheppard is originally from Sandersville, GA and has been in real estate his entire adult life, becoming licensed at 18 years old while attending Georgia College in Milledgeville where he studied business management, political science, and rhetoric. He attended graduate school at the University of Georgia for historic preservation, during which time he earned his broker’s license and began his professional and personal preservation endeavors. Ross enjoyed a successful career as an associate broker at Ansley Real Estate in Atlanta before moving to Savannah and joining Austin Hill Realty.


An avid preservationist, Ross is a member of the Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation, the Historic Savannah Foundation. His former philanthropic service includes having been a board member of the Flannery O’Connor Andalusia Foundation and the Georgia College Alumni Association.


Ross enjoys an active life in the heart of Savannah’s landmark district where he lives with his partner Will and Great Pyrenese, Henry.
